This home was designed for a young, corporate couple always on the go traveling. It was important for it to be a place to retreat and unwind when at their home base in Atlanta. The traditional bungalow was transformed to have an unexpected interior. Lee started by painting the interior a very light shade of grey hue which acted as a clean slate for design and later developed into a dramatic and crisp color palette. The client wanted jewel tones with an edge, while still comfortable. Lee achieved this by adding high contrast moments, mixing new and vintage pieces, as well as carefully selecting lighting pieces that would act as standalone sculptures.
