The Kleinhelter family transitioned to high-rise lifestyle. It was perfect timing for them to have easy living of elevators and trash shoots while welcoming their first child together. The space was all about the amazing panoramic views and creating efficient storage solutions. Keeping mostly a neutral backdrop of grey hues, adding a sunny pop of color in the guest bedroom was the perfect retreat for their teen daughter. Lee creatively designed as a nursery for their new son out of a space intended as an office. In the end they realized its not about how much space you have, it’s how you use it.
