This project is not short on style and texture. Lee's goal for this multimillion dollar unit was to create a dapper space with unexpected and unrefined elements. Lee achieved this by eliminating color, using repetition of bold black and white components, and thoughtfully layering in more rustic elements. The over scale chess pieces on the green turf was a fun way to utilize the patio. Think Tom Ford meets Ralph Lauren in Miami.
