This calming, clean, bohemian interior is located in historic Brookwood Hills. The interior renovation/addition was a collaboration with K2 Custom Homes & Renovations. Brainstorming better layouts and flow throughout the existing spaces made it more functional for a busy, young family of six. Rethinking the formal dining room and turning it into a kids’ study, adding a mud room and relocating the powder and laundry made all the difference. The majority of focus was spent opening up the kitchen to a built out breakfast area and family room. Updating finishes, lighting and creating better flow all around made this home much more functional for this family’s day to day and entertaining needs.
