Lee and Kevin renovated a 1930's cottage in historic Garden Hills neighborhood in Atlanta. Their goal was to add a large addition the seamlessly worked with the existing spaces. Using quality materials and carefully space planning the traffic flow allowed them to camouflage the original from the new. Selecting an exterior color to compliment the new cedar shake roof and older stone gave it an updated monochromatic look.

The interior Lee used a white back drop for a Hamptons feel while layering in bold pops of yellow throughout the main level. The renovation mimicked Lee's approach for fun yet timeless well edited interiors. The updated cottage blends into the neighborhood and now fits the needs of a modern family.

Lee has created a collection at Pieces to help you get this look.
