This was the first renovation for the Kleinhelters. Using their combined talents, Lee and Kevin create a quaint informal bungalow to call home. The dark exterior and bright white interior made the landscape pop and the entire space feel larger. They tied the industrial feel from the outside in to create a continuous story. They included components such as exposed beams, sliding barn doors, and pipes as hardware and mixed in a few unexpected modern pieces to get the look.
